Mongolia's pioneer of cluster dairy farming — 1,120 cows across three cluster farms in Töv province, supplying healthy, safe, high-quality milk to the nation.
Who we are
Nuudelchin Agro Farm LLC is an independent Mongolian dairy and livestock company established in 2018 with a clear mission: to modernize the country's dairy sector. That year, we opened Mongolia's first 400-cow cluster dairy farm — a model that united 10 herder families under one sustainable system. Since then, we've expanded to three successful clusters, imported over 450 Montbéliarde cattle from France, and are now building our largest farm yet in Ugtaaltsaidam. We haven't stopped since, and we're just getting started.
To develop intensive livestock farming in Mongolia and build resilient, sustainable value chains rooted in agricultural resources — from farm planning and construction to processing and market integration.
To bring Mongolia's dairy sector to international standards by producing healthy, safe, and high-quality raw materials that protect public health.

Our farms — Töv province
Each cluster farm unites 10 herder households around shared infrastructure, veterinary care, and a guaranteed milk market. Every family works 10 hectares of its own land — 2 for planting, 8 preserved as pasture — and together the clusters supply 900,000 liters of milk to domestic dairy factories every year.
